Universities and non-university institutions must register online in order to attend Brussels College Night. This is a two-step process, involving an online registration and payment, both of which are detailed below.
Online registration is open from 1 May to 1 September 2018 at the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/EJLp6Qpzg4DnFLGf1. Please note that this form requests the name and contact information of the representative attending the fair as well as the contact information of any additional persons at the institution handling registration, payment, etc. In addition, we also ask that universities respect the word limit when submitting a short 100-word paragraph profile of their organization/university for our website and brochure.
After completing your online registration, you will receive an email within five business days confirming your participation in Brussels College Night and providing you with more information about payment. (If you do not receive a confirmation email within a week of registering, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.)
Participating institutions that register before 1 July 2018 benefit from a reduced Early Registration fee:
- Early Registration for Universities: 300€ / $330
- Early Registration for Non-University Institutions: 400€ / $440
After 1 July 2018, institutions may still register at the full registration price. Late Registration must be completed before 1 September 2018.
- Late Registration for Universities: 400€ / $440
- Late Registration for Non-University Institutions: 500€ / $550
Payment may be completed via bank transfer, check, or even PayPal. You will receive more information about payment after your registration has been received, and will receive an invoice (if requested in the online application). Please note that registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.
